Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, no exit fee. Anything already booked still happens.
We didn't install your unit. Can you still cover it?
Almost always. The first visit doubles as a health check; if a unit isn't worth covering, we'll say so before you pay.
What counts as an emergency?
No cooling, water where it shouldn't be, or a unit that trips your power. All get a priority response, usually same day.
Do prices change?
Your rate is fixed for 12 months from sign-up. If it ever rises, you'll know 60 days ahead.
